If you could have one for the rest of your life

Post by Triela on Tue 9 Sep 2008 - 18:24

Since it would be hard to choose one person I'm keeping that out. These are just material things. If you had to choose to pick one thing and have it for the rest of your life what would it be? This is just a random, fun topic. Razz

Anime: Gunslinger Girl
Manga: FAKE
Book: Jurassic Park
Movie: Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith
CD: Linkin Park: Mediora
Game System: Wii
Game: Baten Kaitos Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean
Food: Pizza
Snack: Twix
Drink: Coffee

If any of you have ideas I can add to the list please share! ^_^

I'm actually a hardcore otaku who likes maids more than having three meals in a day and I only read books related to maids. Also, I only visit maid cafes. Of course I also collect maid figurines, I play games which feature maids and it turns me on so much that I'll wear the maid uniforms and jump in joy.

Now, I just tend to drift around in here now and then depending on whatever random impulse implores me to float back in here. Maybe I'll stick around, maybe I won't. Depends on what real life and the Internet implore me to do.

Lets see...

Anime: - (best leave it as is as I can't manage something that good)
Manga: - (So is this. Same reason...)
Book: Harry Potter (I have this urge to modify the book once and for all)
Movie: Starship Troopers (Up to 2-3, them movie sucks. Someone needs to get working on the scrip)
CD: - (not that I know of)
Game System: Unreal Engine 3 (PC)
Game: Medal of Honor (someone needs to spank EA and give that good ol' MoH back. Oh! Add some extreme realism too!)
Food: Ramen (because I love it)
Snack: Takoyaki (that's a snack too...)
Drink: Milk Tea (This drink calms the heart)

this is, indeed, difficult... had to add one category, since my movie is incomplete without it.

Anime: Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (GSG is too short to be my only anime)
Manga: Gunslinger Girl
TV Series: Firefly
Movie: Serenity
Book: The Bourne Trilogy
CD: My 'contradictory mix' CD
Game System: PC
Game: Spore
Food: chicken cobb salad.
Snack: beef jerky
Drink: amber ale

Hmm...

Anime: Tough one, but I'd have to pick Witch Hunter Robin over GSG.
Manga:  GSG (better to have two different series Wink)
Book: Again, difficult. But I think The Meq takes the lead...
Movie: No idea, I don't watch many movies... Either Voices of a Distant Star or The Place Promised in our Early Days. Having not actually watched the latter yet (though I want to) I would likely pick the former.
CD:  The Delgados, Universal Audio
Game System: MY PC!!! Very Happy
Game: Oblivion. T'would keep me occupied longer than any of my others...
Food: Kitcheri, the all-in-one meal and medicine Wink
Snack: Those corn nut thingys you can sometimes find in asian shops...
Drink: WATER!!! Water rocks head bang

The Eagle

He clasps the crag with crooked hands;
Close to the sun in lonely lands,
Ring'd with the azure world, he stands.

The wrinkled sea beneath him crawls;
He watches from his mountain walls,
And like a thunderbolt he falls.
