Gunslinger Girl completed it's run on September 27, 2012 at 100 chapters. The final tankōbon volume - 15 - was published on December 17, 2012.
A new licensee, Seven Seas Manga, has picked up the title and are releasing the volumes in omnibus editions with a new translation that is much more "natural". As of January 2013, they have released Volumes 1-14. The final volume is scheduled for release in July 2013.
