Is Yu Aida getting royalties for the use of his idea?

Mexican teenage girls train as drug cartel killers

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Dwarfed by surrounding reporters and with her head bowed to avoid the television cameras, the slender 16-year-old hesitated slightly before she answered the question. "I'm a hitwoman," she said.

Columbia has had them for ages. They're both boys and girls, and they're dubbed sicarios. Go look them up; it's a fascinating (if tragic) subject.

The Camorra in Naples also recruits killers of both sexes at a very young age, as I portrayed in Death in Scampia.

I had an idea for a fanfic in which an underage female killer from Naples goes up against Triela and comes off worse; there was going to be a creepy ending in which Hilshire and Triela are in the dorm and see this foul-mouthed girl from a low class background turned into the usual smiling, ribbon-wearing submissive cyborg doll.

Another idea was Section 2 going after a female Camorra boss whose daughters were also in the business (which has been known to happen). The story was going to end with a newspaper article mentioning that her daughters "had been placed in the care of the Social Welfare Agency".
