Appearance: Blond hair, blue eyes, good posture
Common Equipment: MAC 10 + M92F Beretta. Sometimes carry smoke grenades, HE grenades, and flashbang
History: Once part of the GSG-9 Team in Germany, Falman was forced to resign after an incident involving a hostage rescue in U-Bahn line. He joined the SWA in hopes of returning to the GSG-9.
Character: Impatient, rather rough on the edge. Has almost no experience with young girls.
Additional: Aside field duty, Falman is also trained as an interrogator of the GSG-9. His tendency to use the method to discipline Anna is imminent

I'm going to need a profile for Anna as well. BTW, I finally made a thread for character profiles for approved characters -you might find taking a look at the character profiles I put there useful as examples.

Realistically, Klaus probably shouldn't be joining the SWA in the hope that it will get him back in the GSG 9. The SWA is an Italian agency, so they probably don't have a lot of pull with the GSG-9 (which is German). Futhermore, didn't you say earlier that Klaus got a couple of his subordinates killed? Under those circumstances, I doubt the GSG-9 would take him back under any circumstances. Joining the SWA might simply be a way for him to ensure that he has a job of some sort.

Also, the weapons you chose for him seem a bit odd given his background as a member of the GSG-9. From my perspective, weapons more similar to those he picked for his cyborg would make more sense. The MP5 is basically considered the gold standard of submachine guns for counterterrorism work. As for sidearms, the GSG-9 has used a variety, including some rather interesting ones like the H&K P7.

Also, how exactly would his skills as an interrogator relate to how he disciplines his cyborg?

On a seperate note from the discussion on Panzer's characters, does anyone have any objections to the basic concept for a new character I'm thinking of playing in the RPG in the future?

There's a story behind said character, as she relates to my current ones. I've been planning to develop Piero and Diana partly via character interactions, but also partly via preplanned events.

One of those preplanned events (that's likely to be a while coming) occurs when Piero's 'little' sister Miranda comes looking for him. She hasn't seen much of him after what happened to his family (should clarify here -Piero was married before joining the SWA, so when I refered to his family being killed in a botched hostage rescue operation, I was not referring to his parents and siblings), and she's somewhat concerned. She's also a member of the Carabinieri specialising in undercover work (she pulled some strings to figure out where her brother had gone to) and is really, really determined. Not to go with too many spoilers, but Piero was deliberately trying to distance himself from his old family, and him and Miranda don't exactly get their reunion of on the right foot because of that.

But they eventually manage to work things out a bit, and that's where the relation to this topic comes in: Miranda ends up deciding that her big brother needs someone to watch over him in his new workplace and decides she's the one to do that job. As such, she decides she's going to join up.

Now, Miranda is actually pretty well regarded for her undercover work, and she's pretty damn set on her goal, but do you guys think its credible that she might be able to swing a job with the SWA as part of the support staff? I think she could be a quite interesting addition to the ranks, but do you people find the story of how I plan for her to get in credible?

BTW, as a note, Miranda and Piero share some common traits, but they also have some very major differences. They are most definitely not two slightly different versions of the same person.

His use of method from interrogating into disciplining. Strict, torture included at most part just to keep Anna 'perfect' that sort of way.

On the weapons, I just think he needs a small reliable weapon instead of the MP5. Maybe the MP5K would do the job?

I'm pretty sure there are rules against Police torturing prisoners during interrogations in modern day Germany. Also, while I'm not an expert on the matter, I'm under the impression that a lot of the really good police interrogators know how to vary their game -sometimes they'll act hostile, at other times they'll act friendly. It depends on what they think will be most effective.

The MP5K is fine, assuming you don't mind that Klaus wouldn't be the only person who might use one. If you're looking at that one, then you're planning to have your character use it for concealed carry, right?

Yep.

I'm looking for something that could substitute a handgun and is easy to conceal but packs a decent punch. The MAC 10 is the reason why.

...then MP5K came across my mind and I think: Hey, why not use that instead?

I don't know if there are other small, concealable weapon around that could substitute sidearms.


On his methods, lets say he use either physical, or mental. Depending on the circumstances. He'll use mental terror more often than physical--much more effective.

MP5K -there may be, but an MP5K has the advantage of being able to swap magazines with Anna's full size MP5.

Something I wanted to check here: you do realise just how strong a word 'torture' is in English don't you? It doesn't just refer to hurting someone, it refers to hurting them really, really badly.

And here's a profile for the character I've been thinking of playing at some later date. Thoughts, anyone?

NAME: Miranda Contiello
NATIONALITY: Italian
AGE: 25
APPEARANCE: Medium/tall, with long blonde hair (which is actually natural) and green eyes. Tends to be very stylishly dressed. Would be considered ‘hot’ by many people.
COMMON EQUIPMENT: Usually carries a Beretta Model 85 Cheetah. This is sometimes supplemented by a Model 93R machine pistol or other, heavier weapons.
HISTORY: Miranda was the second child in her family to join the Carabinieri, following in the footsteps of her older brother Orlando. While she served a brief period doing general duties in the force, the fact that there were so few woman in the Carabinieri quickly led to her being offered a chance to try undercover work. Thanks to her intelligence and determination, she quickly excelled in this field.
It was while Miranda was doing some of her undercover work that her brother’s identity as a member of the Carabinieri’s elite GIS unit was exposed and his family killed. While she was rather concerned for her brother at the time, the combination of her work responsibilities and her brother’s desire to be left alone kept her from doing much for him at the time. It was later on that she decided it was time to check in on him. By this point however, he had also become difficult to contact due to his changing his name and beginning work with a highly secretive government agency. Nevertheless Miranda remained determined to find her brother, and managed to track him down in part due to some strings she managed to pull within the Carabinieri.
Her initial reunion with her brother did not go smoothly, however the two of them did eventually manage to settle things down and communicate on better terms. Nevertheless Miranda’s brother is probably a little less then thrilled by his sister’s decision to join up with the SWA (as a member of the support staff) so that she can ‘watch over him.’ Her opinion however is that it would be to his benefit to have her looking out for him.
CHARACTER: Fiercely intelligent, with a generally casual demeanour that hides just how serious she can be when she gets down to business. Also known for being extremely determined when she has her sights set on a goal. Has strong family loyalties.
ADDITIONAL: Quite good at unarmed combat, and also a surprisingly good pistol shot. Proud owner of a red Alfa Romeo Brera. Has somewhat mixed feelings about the use of children by the SWA, but this is counteracted by her strong family loyalty towards her brother (who is one of the handlers). In spite of her abilities, her brother is somewhat protective of her.

As far as Alessandro goes, she'd have to get there before Piero did. Laughing

I actually quite deliberately made Piero/Orlando and Miranda really different. I'm thinking someone may get the wrong impression when Miranda shows up looking for her brother...

With regards to getting her into Section Two, are you referring to how she meets up with her brother in the first place, or how she gets a job with them, or both?

How she finds out about them, and how she manages to apply. One doesn't just waltz into the Social Welfare Agency. It either happens through a recommendation by someone who works there, or getting to know the politicians who order it around.
Since Piero obviously wasn't trying to get her in (which is how I assume Giuseppe got in, through Jean), I'm wondering how she even made contact with anyone in the Agency.

Finding out where her brother had gotten to was not an easy process for Miranda. It was fairly protracted and involved pulling some strings with people she knew within the Carabinieri. And I imagine not all those strings got her much of anywhere. It took a lot of persistence for her to actually locate him.

Well, I'm thinking initially all she managed to get initially was the location, so managing to contact her brother in the first place was actually something kind of akin to doing a stake out. For the next part, I may be seeing if I can get Sasahara's cooperation when he gets back. See, I've been thinking that someone else from the SWA may see what goes on with Piero and Miranda and take a bit of an interest in things. Specifically Bernardo. Assuming things are okay with Sasahara, that could give Miranda a contact within the SWA, and thus someone who could deliver a resume for her later on.

Beyond that, I guess it comes down to partly a matter of qualifications. Miranda is fairly good at her job, although I suppose one can question whether that alone would be adequate.

I really don't think she could case the SWA grounds for long before she was spotted by surveillance and reported to Priscilla, who would then build a dossier on her and notify Piero that his sister is spying on him.
... I think that could be rather funny...

Yeah, security would probably realise she was there. How far they'd go in dealing with someone who wasn't actually on agency grounds is a question mark. (Whether they'd start getting really nasty is what I mean, not whether or not they'd take an interest in her.)

I'm a bit unsure as to whether Priscilla would be able to piece things together that well. She'd need background info on Piero as well to make the connection. The guy did change his name, after all. And he's not exactly going around advertising too much about his past at the agency.

I was also hoping to have Diana present when the two run into each other for a number of reasons (for instance, it gives a chance for Miranda to figure out what her brother is up to) but if Piero was informed of her presence he'd probably go out to confront her on his own.

Priscilla also strikes me as the type who might try to encourage a meeting after making the connection, but assuming she did report things to her superiors directly, then I guess a sort of 'Leave her alone and let's hope she gives up' might work. And then of course that meeting they'd hoped to avoid does end up happening...

Are there any other outstanding logic issues you have with the character that need to be addressed at this point? (Any new ones or any oldones that I haven't adequately addressed from previously?)

I can kind of see that.

However, I still don't think you grasp just how powerful a word torture actually is in English. Precise definitions of the word often reference 'severe' or 'excruciating' pain. It's a lot more severe then 'I hit someone because I was mad at them' sort of pain. I don't think even Jean can really be said to torture his cyborg, and he's been known to hit her when he's mad.

WEAPONS: Beretta 92 Centurion (Sidearm), GIAT FAMAS G2 (General Purpose/Viola case), Armalite AR-10T (Sharpshooting Rifle), Degtyarev 'Kord' Machine Gun (Heavy Duty Special), Milkor MGL-140 Revolver Type Grenade Launcher (Special)
HISTORY:
Born in Northern Italy to an Italian father and a French mother. Moved to Central Italy at the age of five with her family. The oldest of three siblings by a quite considerable margin, thus she often has responsibility for caring for her younger siblings. The only member of her family to survive a vehicle accident. Left with heavy injuries and no relatives willing to take direct care of her, she was taken in by the SWA and was put in a fratello with Andrei Komarov.
CHARACTER:
Generally a very gentle, caring person. Seem to treat some the younger cyborgs such as Henrietta and Rico like younger siblings, though she has a different style then Triela in this regard. Tends not to like to discuss her problems with her handler much with her ‘little sisters.’
ADDITIONAL:
Uses an oblong viola case rather then the sculpted type used by many of the other girls (necessary because of the dimensions of her FAMAS). Trained to be highly versatile in combat.

NAME: Andrei Komarov
NATIONALITY: Russian
AGE: 37
APPEARANCE: About 5’8 with a solid build. Has blue/grey eyes and brown hair. Has a beard, but keeps it well trimmed..
WEAPONS: Beretta 93R (Sidearm), FAMAS G2 (General Purpose), Knife
HISTORY:
Born to a military family in Stalingrad. Showed a talent for languages at a young age. Joined the Soviet Army shortly before the break up of the USSR, and continued serving in the Army of the Russian Federation afterwards, eventually making it into the elite Spetsnaz. By the mid nineties however he was having difficult dealing with the deteriorating conditions within the Russian Army, and ended up going abroad to try to find a better livelihood, eventually ending up with the French Foreign Legion. Here he served for more then half a decade before returning to his home country. It was shortly after this return that he discovered that Kalina -his niece and his sister Annessa’s only child- was seriously ill. Having a special fondness for Kalina –and also believing her chances of survival were slim in Russia- he wrote to an old friend in Italy –a former Embassy employee by the name of Olga- to see if she could offer him assistance in seeking care for Kalina in that country.
Olga wrote back saying she might be able to get him into a job in Italy that could allow him to pay for Kalina to receive care in that country, and that if he was interested his prospective employer would fly him into the country for an interview. Thus began Andrei’s career at the SWA.
CHARACTER: While a capable professional, he is quite good natured and friendly, with an excellent sense of humour. In spite of this, he deliberately keeps his distance from Alessia, as he has little desire to get attached to her.
ADDITIONAL: Drives a Volvo V70 Station Wagon. Apparently prefers beer to vodka because large quantities of vodka tend to give him hangovers. An extremely talented linguist.

Lorant A. Wolfram

NAME: Lorant M. Wolfram
STATUS: Handler, Wolfram/Tessa fratello.
NATIONALITY: Germany (fmr) / Italy
AGE: 24
APPEARANCE: -known sketch-
Lorant wears casual suits most of the times, in dark, earthly or black shades. Although he is also often seen wearing boots. His formal clothing tend to be standard black business clothing, but when he needs to blend in, he wears normal clothes, usually jeans, a shirt and an unbuttoned polo shirt over it. Physically, he isn't imposing, but underneath that average looking frame is the body of a trained soldier, his physique toned by a stint of military service and a regular exercise schedule. He allowed his hair to grow eversince leaving the Army, and is now at its current unruly state. He has black hair and black eyes. He's a good 5ft 11.6in tall.

HISTORY: In order to understand Lorant, and his peculiar familial ties to the Social Welfare Agency, one must examine his past and family. Born to parents of different nationalities, his father, Albric Wolfram, was a member of the famed German Counter-Terrorism Police Unit, the GSG 9 der Bundespolizei. In a cross training exercise with Italian Carabinieri, Ministry of the Interior, and NOCS personnel, he would come into contact with a young investigator who was serving as the aid to the commander of the Ministry detachment. Her name was Francesca Moroni.

The two started up a relationship, which blossomed into something more. They were going to be married, but the fact both are rising stars in their respective nation's counter terrorism units, he being a skilled field operator, she being a leading investigator, marriage didn't really fit in. Lorant was born a week early, believe it or not. His mother wanted surprise his father by taking the train to Berlin, but gave birth at the train station's medical office. Big surprise.

He holds dual citizenship until he turns 23. Good kid, did well in sports, slightly less in academics, but was sharp and the likable type. He grew up when computers were just being big, and often spent nights prowling around the world in the growing internet. This meant, that while he may had gotten into a good gymnasium, his grades weren't as high and so was his Arbitur grade, due to him often being online and nurturing a growing fondness for American movies and Japanese cartoons. That didn't matter. He still got a car from his grandparents, a 4x4 capable Range Rover classic with updated entertainment and navigation system, and a blessing by his father to enlist.

Within the German Army, he was a driven young man, mainly excelling at what he was told to do and doing it in a manner that caught attention from higher ups who commended him with more awards and responsibilities. At the age of 21, he had earned the rank of Unteroffizer and was put in charge of a squad. At the same time, he was applying to join the KSK, the German Army's special forces, and by age 22, had passed the rigourous selection and was taking specialized courses.

It was at this time he experienced a dramatic loss. His father was on vacation in Italy, visiting his mother. His mother had become a well known investigator in Counter Terrorist circles in Italy and was known to be part of the brains in arresting several significant violent political groups' cells around the country. Although she was guarded, the killers came heavily armed. Although they lost two of their own in the short but brutal gunfight, they had taken out the guards in the initial burst of fire, a few civilians, before Albric Wolfram, former GSG9 Operator and now a GSG9 Instructor, took the firearm of a guard and defended his wife, taking many to the body while shooting back. His wife took one to the stomach though and ended up being paralyzed from the waist down. The remaining attackers were killed off by the timely arrival of backups.

This made international news, and caused a stir in Germany. A well respected and liked GSG9 officer and instructor dead at the hands of Italian terrorists. While the German and Italian governments did their thing, Lorant was allowed a leave for the funeral and taking care of family obligations. It was at this same time, while most of Germany's police forces mourned his father's death, the German bureaucracy was still moving, and he was told he had until his 23rd birthday to renew his German citizenship. The deal was, that on their 23rd birthdays, German citizens must prove that they are not holding any other nationality. Dual citizenship in Germany is pretty rare. Although Lorant had the permission for Dual Citizenship for most of his life, he had to reapply before his 23rd birthday.

He renounced his German citizenship, thereby dropping him from the ranks of the KSK, but his decision to support his mother during this time of need was stronger than serving in the army, well that's what he told himself. Life in Italy was hard, mainly because he couldn't really find much work that would pay well, mainly due to the fact he didn't get much education past gymnasium. Eventually he was given a job as a delivery truck driver by his uncle at the family's vineyard. Although his uncle paid well and he was often traveling on the road, something felt missing in his life. Lorant, having tasted the adventure, camaraderie, and thrill of the military life couldn't get away from it. While the government and her job's disability insurance took care of the medical bills. Truth was that he felt the need to protect her due to the fact his father wasn't there anymore.

He worked hard for the family's vineyard, but often the salary he received wasn't enough to help shoulder the cost of his stay in Italy. At this point, while on a routine delivery to a nearby town, a man by the name of Lorenzo approached him. He made his case clear. He told him about his mother's past involvement with the agency, where they take care of girls hurt by the mafia and other politically active groups. They needed someone to handle a recent case girl they had. Intrigued, Lorant showed the man over to his mother. At which point stuff went and became a tad too violent.

She was against him being in the hospital room in the first place. Calling for the guards, she realized they've been replaced by members of the SWA. Apparently she owed him a favour, and Lorant, although a tad confused, was lured in already by the prospect of higher wage to support his mother's surgery. In the weeks that followed, his mother underwent surgery. She made it through, and was walking, although with crutches, within months, and back in her uniform within a year, although she was confined to a wheelchair or on crutches from now on, as a result of her injury.

He and his mother don't talk much. His mother viewed the SWA as an affront to justice, that the more public Carabineri and regular policing the key to stopping the mafia and terrorists, but she can't argue with their success rate. In the end, she did reconcile with his decision to join, as it was something she never really could do, which was to physically get back at the assholes who murdered her husband and made her a disabled person. He still kept his status at the vineyard, to act as a cover for his real job, although he is now in charge of out of province and nationwide sales of the wines produced at the family vineyard, which gave him a little more freedom...also explains why he has a cask of wine in his car.

Later, he was told the origin of his ward. It turned out his mother was the cause of her parent's death, by being the terrorists' target, but pretty confident that the memory wipe would hide that fact, paired Teresa, formally Meike Bauer, to Lorant. He was in her room when she awoke. He prepared a meal for both of em, brought his guitar and her saxophone case, which contained a G36C he modified. He addressed her first in German, asking how she was. She responded back in their native tongue and the two would slowly talk up a conversation speaking about the job they are supposed to do.

A few days later, her training started. She learned to play the saxophone, as well as making little LEGO sets and whatnot. While the other cyborgs were at the range, Tessa and Lorant stayed in the room, and mainly played games, played duets with the sax and guitar, and touch on important subjects. It wasn't until later in that month that she went and fired her Instrument Case weapon. Training increase to weapons handling ( where he drilled into her the importance of firearms safety) and actual tactics. She was introduced to the shoot house as well, working by herself using her weapons assigned and others known to be used by NATO and fmr WARSAW pact countries.

So far, they have yet to participate in missions with other cyborgs, but have participated in three other missions by themselves or with other operatives. Each time, both handler and cyborg learned to fully trust each other. The three raids went off without a hitch, and both cyborg and handler learned to trust each other.

CHARACTER: He is generally laid back, the death of his father galvanized him to be more serious at the work he does for the SWA. While lacking in the investigative experience of the rest of the team, his high marksmanship scores and partial KSK training was a good base to build a handler from. Around coworkers and cyborgs, he is carefree and trying not to get his hatred for terrorists drive him to be a stone faced adult. He often laughs and talks about his unique childhood, just to lighten the mood. He is serious at the job, but while most if not all of his coworkers will be silent, he'd most likely be the one using his happiness as a shield for the grief that eventually his cyborg will die, and he has to make the most of it. He doesn't treat his cyborg as a tool, preferring to follow Giuseppe's and Hillshire's way of low conditioning and training. Mainly because he never really had a younger sibling to grow up with, or it could be his cyborg, being naturally curious, tends to learn things quickly.
ADDITIONAL: He's a good enough cook, and is fluent in German, Italian, English, and a little bit of French. He gave up on trying to learn Japanese. He's a bit of a movie and video game nut, although he doesn't seem to share that same facet of his life to his cyborg. He is a Japanese Culture addict, having been hooked on those weird cartoons as a child, transforming jet planes and the like, but this isn't really known outside his private quarters. He is an amateur guitarist, playing the acoustic as well as an electric guitar, and has performed once while in the German Army, in an inter-company performance. This he makes a public aspect of his personality, and is teaching his cyborg on the finer points of American Jazz music.
Vehicle: He has kept his 1994 Range Rover Classic. Outfitted with a front brush guard with a 8000lb tested winch, it has extra lights mounted in the front of his cargo rack. Forest green in color, it has a turbocharged diesel engine and has a full metal skid plate underneath. The wheelbase was raised to accommodate the off-road tires, while an snorkel and a spare tire was included. Mounted on the side of the roof cargo area, are a pair of sand ladders and shovels and other handtools. The Range Rover had numerous recovery points as well. The normally luxurious inside is relatively spartan. The cargo area is fitted with first aid kits, fishing poles, and a small tent. The dashboard system had been overhauled to have a more updated satellite radio system as well as a pop-up navigation system.

A cheerful and yet shy girl, Teresa has long light brown hair and blue eyes, the physical scars of her ordeal has long since healed or removed. Teresa is often seen wearing clothing similar to the other cyborgs, plain and really not attention grabbing. About 4ft 6.4in tall, she has retained some of that housewife-like aura she had from her past life, where she often cooked for her busy parents.

HISTORY:
Born in Stuttgart, Teresa, or Tessa as she is called by her handler, was originally Meike Bauer. Her family was plain folk. Never really important. She was average herself, and did well in school, but only well enough. Both their grandparents had died before Meike was born, and really had no immediate family. But they were a happy family. Her father worked hard as a factory worker for BMW, and by the time Meike was 12, he was promoted to a better, middle management position.

Her mother was a banker, and likewise, became the branch president of a well to do bank in Stuttgart. Pregnancy for her mother was hard, and Meike had many health problems that kept them always working for medicine, but when Meike's 12th birthday came on, they surprised her by taking her to Venice. It was only for the three of them, a venerable grand tour of Italy that started from Venice all the way down to Sicily. But then, tragedy struck.

While eating lunch at a nice restaurant, terrorists started to fire. As her parents shielded her from the gunfire, she would watch in horror as her father's head exploded, covering her in brains and bits of skull. She was held closely by her mom as she bled to death, before taking a bullet to her upper chest herself. Emergency services would find the girl near to death, protected by her parents. While they quickly worked to save her life, having taken multiple bullets to the chest and abdominal area. As she recovered, the fact her parents had died already made her depressive and suicidal. Staying in a shared hospital ward in Italy, where parents and children were, as well as lots of flowers and the overall cheerful air made her crazy, and she had to be sent to a room and closely watched to make sure she didn't try to harm herself or others. After awhile, the hopsital therapists suggested sending her stuffed animals and the like to her room, which calmed her immensely, but she still had trouble, reliving her parent's deaths every so often.

No immediate family, no connections to Germany. Meike was claimed to have died and her casket burried alongside her parents in a public plot in Italy. Meike herself. With this set of circumstances, she was proven to be a viable candidate for the SWA's cyborg program. Within a few months, her body had been reconfigured for the work needed for a cyborg. Only thing left was working out the amount of conditioning she needed. The image of her parents dying was ingrained in her mind really deeply, and nothing but a full on wipe could do that. A week after this, her handler had been recruited. It turned out his mother was the cause of her parent's death, by being the terrorists' target, but pretty confident that the memory wipe would hide that fact, paired Teresa, formally Meike Bauer, to Lorant.

Teresa awoke to an empty room with a table, case of some sort on the floor, a chair, and the smell of food. Getting up from her bed, a man approached. He addressed her first in German, asking how she was. She responded back in their native tongue and the two would slowly talk up a conversation speaking about the job they are supposed to do.

CHARACTER: Teresa is a odd person to gauge. She doesn't speak much, but she is a rather friendly person, not as reclusive as her past life. She tends to be shy at times, but when worked up, is as upbeat as anyone. She tends to look down on herself, thinking the fact she hasn't gone on any missions was the fact she hasn't gotten the skills like her other betters, something Lorant figured that a part of her past life is surfacing through, and something he intends to stamp out. She receives low to mid level conditioning, the memory wipe during her reconstruction effective in removing a good majority of her trauma.
ADDITIONAL: Learning how to play the saxophone. Her instrument case is actually a viola. Among other things, she is learning how to cook as well as standard mannerisms of a well to do girl. Her Italian sounds a little forced, but is getting better. The same can be said of her English, forced but understandable.

Okay, since no one has objected to the new OCs, and I've even got approval from a couple people via PM and chat, I've decided to grant approval, provided a few minor issues are cleared up over the next while with regards to Lorant and Tessa's profiles:

1) Tessa's eyes. According to Nacht, there are people with blue eyes whose eyes will show up purple under certain lighting conditions. However, I'm not aware of anyone who has this show up under all lighting conditions. Please choose a more realistic eye colour.
2) We may need to make a slight edit regarding Lorant's mother's link to Lorenzo. Turns out Lorenzo was likely not NOCS, but was an important person in the Ministry of the Interior, the government office which oversees police work in Italy. However, this should not require too much tweaking -there could have been people from the Interior Ministry present at the training excercise.
3) You should probably add a note about Lorant's being paired with Tessa in his profile. You have one in Tessa's profile, but in Lorant's profile, you skip this stage and just start talking about him being there when she woke up.
4) I think the version that goes into the approved character list should be a condensed version of the current profiles, if possible. The current ones are a little long.

Anyhow, I don't think these issues need to hold back Lorant and Tessa's introduction any longer, as long as you agree to work them out over the next little while. Hopefully we'll be able to meet sometime soon to discuss how best to introduce Lorant and Tessa in the RPG itself.

HISTORY:
Son of a wealthy international entrepreneur who sold top-notch customized firearms. His family had a
proud history of esteemed military service and big game hunting, Jason enlisted into the Army straight out of college, so that he could become an Literature Teacher after his tour of duty without having to rely on his family. He had a rather non-spectacular tour of duty as a Blackhawk pilot, shuttling troops to and from the battlefield, and picking up
some other skills from his squad-mates. Returned home to find that his father, younger brother, his mother were killed in a terrorist bombing in Italy, while they were touring the country. Stricken with grief and rage, he set out to find out who killed his family. He traveled to Italy instead of his dream of attending college to find and bring the man responsible to justice. He later found out that the perp, was actually an underling to Padania, thanks to considerable bribe and some corrupt investigators. After executing the bomber in a way to make it appear as a suicide, he set his sights on the man's boss. From a sniper's perch in a building owned by his family, he had planned to enact his revenge with a .300 Win Mag round to his heart. As he was about to pull the trigger, he saw the muzzle flash of another sniper rifle coming from the roof of a nearby building and his target's head explode. Looking over he saw another sniper, he saw that the rifle was in the hands of a small child. In the attempt to determine who the kill-stealing sniper was he used some more of his considerable money to learn about the SWA, and it's children rehab services. He approached the SWA with the "intent to
adopt a child." His true goal, however lead in the direction of learning who had adopted the child sniper, by accessing their database. He was quickly caught in the act, and brought to Jean and Rico for interrogation. Realizing that he had found the "child sniper," he told them about everything he had done for his revenge. Jean offered him a permanent position instead of immediate execution for being a spy, if only to use his family's company as a shell corporation.

dead by a small local gang. She was found an hour later by a good Samaritan and rushed to the hospital. The SWA stepped in and took her to be turned into a cyborg.

NAME: Leonard Carson
NATIONALITY: English by birth but was raised all over the world
AGE: 22
APPEARANCE: He is not a physicaly imposing man standing just a hair over 5'9 and 155lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes. He prefers a more academic style of dress finding this style more comfortabe. He finds keeping up with the latest fashion to be to much of a hastle.
EQUIPMENT- While not a fan of violence growing up with high profile parents made him more than capable of protecting himself and is proficient with firearms prefering a HK vp70 and if the situation calls for it a HK417
HISTORY: Leonard was identified as a genius as a very young age and spent his youth being home schooled by his parents as they traveled extensively for there jobs. He took to computers like a fish to water quickly mastering them and he was soon working part time as a programer while still in school. Leonard met and exceeded the requirements for IB by the age of 16. He blew through MIT in just over three years the most time he spent anywhere growing up double majoring in Engineering and computer technology. After getting his PHD in Biomedical engineering he took some time off to travel the world and nurture his soul stating with Italy. He came to be at the agency while trying to research some information on the current political climate after witnessing a vicous padania rally. He dug a little to deeply and discovered the social welfare agency. The agency shocked that some one could hack into their systems quickly recruited him to help in their cyber efforts against the padania
