farewell to a brother

Post by crazyidiot78 on Sat 21 Jun 2014 - 21:00

I lost my younger brother this past Wednesday and had the funeral and wake today.  He was only 31, RIP bro.  Question do you think it would be appropriate if I gave him a cameo helping out the girls in my story.  He would always help anyone regardless of who they were and could make friends with anyone.  I thought it would be a fitting tribute to him.

I think it's a marvelous gesture. That way, many people who didn't know him in life will know him after, thanks to you.

Sorry for your loss. My condolences again.

If it helps cherish his memory, I say go and do it.

My sympathies. I'm not that good with this sort of thing, so I won't try and chatter and put my foot in my mouth. I don't really know what would be a good plan with the cameo, unfortunately.

My sincere condolences to you. Losing family is rough, especially someone as young as he was. I agree with everyone else here who say it's a good idea to put him in your story as a tribute.

Very sorry to hear it.
Such a thing is never easy, but for it to happen at such a young age is especially difficult.  Was this something you were prepared for (like a long-term illness), if you don't mind me asking?

Sorry to hear about the loss, CI. Hope you and the family quickly recover.

Yes, it would be fitting to put him in a story in remembrance of who he was.
