one thing bother me is that the P90 used by henrietta.....P90 can be wielded by lefty shooter(i've tried it before because i'm lefty)...maybe this theorize if Henrietta is ambidextrous shooter......i mean you can choose mp7 submachinegun or mp5sd for choice but it's to much coincidence Etta choose P90..

I don't think the cyborgs choose their own gear. And I think it might just be coincidence and Aida trying to make a character seem cool. A bit like howw Triela uses a WWII trench shotgun.

You could be onto something howerver, as Jose also uses the P90 in the power plant assault. Maybe he's a lefty too?

It's actually the P90 that's ambidextrous...it can be used from either side.

P90 is itself an ambidextrous submachinegun.....the ejection port of p90 is located below the gun itself..making it can be wielded by both hand......

I you may have misunderstood what I was getting at. The P90 is ambidextrous, and Jose and 'Etta were the only two who used it in that assault, everyone else had the SCAR-H (aside from Hillshire and a couple of cyborgs). Now, as far as I know, the SCAR isn't ambidextrous (please correct me if I'm wrong), therefore, it is possible that Jose used the P90 due to its ambidexterity which allowed him to fire with his left instead of right. I wasn't saying that the P90 is a laft handed weapon, which is how I think some of you may have interperated it.

It's all good though. Smile

The idea of an ejection port that drops the spent rounds on the floor in front of the shooter seems a little dangerous.

It's actually really hard to trip on brass casings.

The SCAR rifle is fairly ambidextrous, having ambi controls and a charging handle you can move to either side. I think Guise used the P90 to share ammo with Henrietta though, and since it's a compact weapon that could be used with one hand in a pinch - much like his MAC-10 or Five-seveN.

It's probably just artistic license on Aida's part - that's a lot more difficult than one would think, especially when you have your feet rooted properly.

Honestly, I am more and more inclined to think Rico and Henrietta were still in their initial training in Volume 1 and probably had not been with the Agency more than a few months. So she was still somewhat of a rookie and made rookie mistakes.

maybe p90 used to breach tight space that require hand switching...especially when Etta always done that before...and scar-h is right-hand shooter rifle

then if you wield it (SCAR-H) by left hand, would it (hot, spent casing) hit your arm? because the ejection port is on the right(there is conversion kit for lefty shooter but it's expensive)

It's a minor word distinction, but Henrietta did not "trip" over the shell casings...it's more like one got under her heel and rolled. Anyone could fall victim to that and choice of footwear would make little difference.

Was the first one before or after the "Casing Slip?", Voodoo?
Was it after it, then the bag was added as a result of the incident.

Well, for the casing slip, is that perhaps a reason by shock troops or soldiers usually wear tactical boots which have alot more grip and a better profile sole than "ballet shoes".

The casing slip was in Chapter 2...the catcher bag first appears in Chapter 7.

Rosin coated ballet slippers would actually provide outstanding grip but very little protection from twists and shocks.
Soldiers and tactical police tend to wear boots for the same reason you and I wear them when we ride bikes. A good, stout boot protects the foot & ankle by supporting it. There's a scene in the first season anime where Angelica slips and breaks her ankle. It's not the fault of her shoes (the scene implies that she was off-balance due to her physical decline) but the injury would not have been so bad if she'd been wearing a proper ankle supporting boot.

study On the subject of the brass catcher, wouldn't that off balence the weapon a bit, catching all the brass and what-not? Maybe not for the P90, but weapons witht the shell eject on the side? Just saying.

Probably not to a noticeable degree. Brass isn't that heavy in reasonable quantities.

With most brass catches the bigger problem is a round getting stuck and jamming the weapon, but the P90 mostly avoids it by ejecting downward.

That's basically the point, unless you're just lazy and can't pick up brass on the range.

I can't see any reason to use a brass catcher when you’re constantly moving forward… unless you’re big into recycling. I’ve yet to see a special ops group using them during training.

And yes, I know someone is going to do some ridiculously long search on Youtube to prove me wrong.

I mean that Henrietta is such a uber cutie that one just wants to act like the stereotypical visiting grandma that grabs the kid by the cheek and goes:
" Ow, what a cute widdle girl, you wanna cookie?"
Henrietta: ow, leggo my cheek.......
Razz
As for the the comment about it being her facial cheek, that was just meant to be one of those politically incorrect jokes is all!

Acting like a stereotypical grandma would be bad enough but if you start dressing like one I'm afraid we may have to send you for a chat with Dr. Bianchi.

lol @ the picture of Etta in an airsoft store.

Most mangaka and video game companies in Japan are totally reliant on airsoft companies to help them design, draw and reference guns. I know Resident Evil uses Tokyo Marui as reference. Valkyria Chronicles had to use KTW airsoft guns as inspiration for their fictional ones.

Re: Henrietta

You know the irony of my silly statement about 'Etta's cheeks was that I figured if I said that I wanted to pinch her cheek, someone might get ahead of me and ask which cheek I had in mind so I tried to head that off by stating ahead of time that I meant her facial cheek, instead I seemed to have buried myself in deeper that way after I tried to pass that off as a risky joke! Oy...... bang head
If I wasn't so busy, I would draw a little cartoon about my pinching Henrietta's cheek after which she falls on her butt walking toward Jose and when he sees her rubbing her ass wincing in pain then looks at me smiling at him, he'd come over, resulting in mucho, mucho violence! Hissy fit

With CFRP musculature, you'd probably need pliers to pinch either of her cheeks.

It was translated on Danbooru. It was boring. "One Fabrique Nationale Project 90, please."

We tried to get a re-caption contest rolling a while back but I don't remember what thread it's in.
