Gunslinger Girl Berserk (A GSG Flash animation). FEATURED ON

Nobody likes or bothers to read a wall of text so i'll get straight to the point.

I made a short GSG Flash animation. http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/440966 (WAS featured on the homepage).

Big thanks to West Nile for encouragment etc.

Worked my ass off on it. Freakin advertisng this forum as well. I'd really appericate it if anyone votes/reviews it on Newgrounds.

don't know why but it feels like GSG versus South Park,you can almost hear "OH MY GOD SHE KILLED KENNY !"

I must confess the animation was pretty damn cool. I may just like Rico the most. Only grip is that it was a constant loop instead of just asking me if I wanted to replay it. Still totally awesome, hope you get some more views. Your score is sitting pretty good right now at almost a four.

Yup, its finally here. Worked my ass off it last night fixing mistakes and it turns out theres still some I've missed -.-

Cause it was a remake for my first animation which had no Triela

Yeah, looks like a lot of people are pissed off with the loop. I have a BacktoMenu button but I guess they didn't see it. Gotta fix that "steal killer" error too...

@Triela: This one took a crap load of time to make. But if I get more positive feedback I'll definitely consider making another one. Maybe.. based on episode 12?

The loading screen is pure Lolz. The animation was great too. Excellent work! This reminded me alot of the Madness Combat series. Was that a key inspiation for this Whatface?

Lol, you obviously didn't read my author comments. Character designs were based off Madness Combat, yeah.

-Fixed typos
-Got rid of annoying loop
-Added an ending (sort of)

Yes, one more reason why I'm voting early, and often. You did kind of bury kind of deep though, but it's all cool. Anyway I like the updated end. I hope it gets some more views.

Awesome flash animation, Whatface. I liked Triela chasing the bear during the load and Rico's victory sign. Oh and Etta being pissed about not getting the last kills.

Thanks. I certainly would like to do more but this just took up waaay too much of my time. Spent alot of it on detail, like putting dirt on the walls and basing every terrorist on their anime counterpart. Too bad nobody ever notices stuff like that...

I think we were more focused on the 'BOOM Headshot' and the 'Steal Killer'! Bits to picks up on the small details you put in.

As for more in the future, right now its a no. I may have said that I was interested in making another one earlier, but I changed my mind. Motivation and support is what I need and right now I have neither.

Everytime I drop by I vote 5/5 for ya. Haven't done it everyday...but at least 4-5 times so far.

As with anything, whatever you post online they're always be jerks who'll give you low scores. I bet some are jealous of your awesome work.

Btw, don't feel pressured to make another. We all love the flash you made so we're on a high. If it so happens you make one later on in life, we'll be sure to look for it because we know you can deliver.

well yeah, Voting is acounted by IP's, so its not so easy for people to vote twice within 24 hours

Well, I'm kinda late in congratulating you on your project. That was pretty awesome I'd say. ^^

I'm very late in coming to this (although I only saw GSG for the first time last month!) but I have to say that I enjoyed it thoroughly, Whatface. The gore is superb, and the changing expressions on the Padanians (such as the fellow trying to shove over the cupboard and the leader's look of confusion when the grenadier is shot) is a nice fillip of detail. What I like most is that the bodies have visible inertia - the sense of weightiness, striking and destroying something definite and solid, makes the action and impacts seem that much more powerful. Given that this is a cartoony retelling of the fight I wouldn't have made Jose's reaction in the end quite so understated, but that's really just a nitpick. The caption on the loading text was nicely humorous, too. Altogether, an entertaining show.
